Lucia Jemutai Koskei is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over 34 years of extensive experience spanning both the public and private sectors. She has served for 11 years as Head of the Human Resource and Administration function in the public sector, providing strategic leadership in human resource management, employee relations, talent management, performance management, policy development, and organizational development.

Prior to her public sector experience, she spent 23 years in the private sector, where she served in various capacities as an Administrator and Human Resource Officer. This experience has provided her with a broad understanding of both strategic and operational human resource management, as well as administration, organizational systems, and people management.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Education (Arts) degree from the University of Nairobi and Kenyatta University respectively. Her extensive professional experience, combined with her academic qualifications, has equipped her with strong competencies in strategic leadership, human resource policy and practice, organizational development, employee management, and public sector governance. She is a committed and results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the human resource function and its critical role in enhancing organizational performance, employee productivity, and effective service delivery.
