Dr. George Wanjala is an Ag. Assistant Director, Industrial and Allied Technologies Research. He holds a PhD in Food Science and Technology, an MSc. in Food Science and Post-harvest Technology and BSc. in Food Science and Post-harvest Technology of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Dr. Wanjala has over seventeen years experience in the food industry including senior management roles. He has vast knowledge and proficiency in food science, nutrition and technology.
